Memberships & Passes Policy

• Subscription Memberships will automatically renew before the end of their term.
• Class Pack Memberships will expire at the end of their term.
• Class Passes that are single use passes, purchased without an active membership will expire after 7 days from date of purchase.
• Any unlimited use pass that is included with a membership can only be used while that membership is active.
• Memberships that include unlimited use passes can be active immediately or can start after your current membership ends.
• All single use passes can be used immediately.
• To keep unused single use passes from expiring, purchase a membership or pass, before their term ends.
• No cancellation fee with subscription memberships. Clients must cancel prior to their auto renewal date.
• No initiation fee, hold, pause, transfer, nor refund of memberships and passes.
